Mc3 Partners is seeking a senior Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud transformation specialist with deep expertise in Field Service, Supply Chain, Financials, and Advanced Planning. This role focuses heavily on Field Service pillars while supporting the broader modernization of legacy EBS workflows into Oracle Cloud Applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional and technical transition of Oracle EBS modules to Oracle Cloud Fusion.
- Analyze and map legacy Field Service and Supply Chain configurations to Cloud architecture.
- Configure and test Cloud modules including:
- Field Service (Install Base, Service Contracts, iSupport, Depot Repair)
- Advanced Planning (ASCP, Demantra, Inventory Optimization)
- Financials (Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, Assets)
- Lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
- Provide SME guidance on data migration, conversions, and process redesign.
- Collaborate with reporting, security, and development teams (OBIEE, BIP).
- Support testing, training, deployment, and change‑management efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- US Citizenship required; ability to obtain or active Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 12+ years Oracle EBS experience across Field Service, Supply Chain, Financials, or Planning.
- 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Field Service pillars and Cloud SCM/Financials.
- Deep experience in data migration, configuration, integrations, and reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud certifications (SCM, Financials, Field Service).
- Experience with OIC, ADF, or PaaS tools.
- Familiarity with DOE, DoD, and other federal compliance frameworks.
- Experience with OBIEE or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
