About the Role

As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping leadership teams for projects. Your expertise will directly influence strategic decisions and help build the foundation for global infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for executive and senior‑level roles
• Partner with internal stakeholders and portfolio leadership to understand hiring needs
• Develop and execute targeted search strategies across Healthcare and GovCon markets
• Conduct in‑depth interviews and candidate assessments
• Manage candidate experience through offer and close
• Maintain strong market intelligence and talent pipelines
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
• Healthcare or Government Contracting recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting leadership‑level stakeholders
• Strong candidate evaluation and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
