About the Role

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in fostering a positive culture for teams working on transformative infrastructure initiatives. Your expertise will help resolve complex issues and maintain compliance across large-scale EPC projects.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers and employees on ER issues, policies, and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns.
  • Partner with HR and legal teams on complex cases.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
  • EPC industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
