Position Overview
We are expanding our RPO delivery team and seeking Mid-Level and Senior Recruiters with strong experience in Government Contracting, high‑volume recruiting, and complex program support. This role will partner directly with client hiring managers, capture teams, and PMOs to deliver talent quickly, professionally, and with precision.
You will support a mix of incumbent capture projects, proposal recruiting, cleared hiring, and full lifecycle recruiting across federal and commercial portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute full lifecycle recruiting for technical and non‑technical roles
- Support incumbent capture efforts including outreach, screening, and rapid assessment
- Source and recruit for cleared (Secret, TS, TS/SCI, Polygraph) and uncleared roles
- Build talent pipelines for fast‑moving government programs
- Support proposal recruiting by identifying qualified candidates and securing contingent offers
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate experiences
- Partner with client HR, program managers, and capture teams
- Maintain accurate tracking through ATS (JazzHR) and intake forms
- Deliver high-volume recruiting support in fast-paced environments
- Represent Mc3 Partners professionally with candidates, clients, and teaming partners
Required Experience
- 3+ years (Mid-Level) or 8+ years (Senior) full-cycle recruiting
- Strong background supporting Government Contracting
- Experience with incumbent capture, proposal recruiting, or RPO strongly preferred
- Ability to source and engage candidates for cleared and uncleared roles
- Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, resume databases, and AI sourcing tools
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for DoD, VA, DHS, Army, Navy, Air Force, IC, or civilian agencies
- Prior experience working directly with capture/proposal teams
- Familiarity with JazzHR or similar ATS platforms
- Experience with high-volume projects (incumbent capture, transitions, or large RPO engagements)
