Role Overview

Mc3 Partners is seeking a Senior Director of Recruiting to lead and scale recruiting delivery across client engagements while building the internal recruiting function from the ground up. This role is both hands‑on and strategic, responsible for execution today and infrastructure for tomorrow.

The Senior Director will own recruiting performance, support revenue growth, and partner closely with leadership as Mc3 expands its client base and recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Delivery & Execution

  • Own full‑cycle recruiting delivery across assigned clients and programs
  • Personally manage high‑priority or complex searches while setting delivery standards
  • Ensure quality, speed, and candidate experience across all recruiting activity
  • Serve as an escalation point for client and candidate issues

Team Buildout & Leadership

  • Hire, onboard, and manage recruiters as the team scales
  • Establish recruiting workflows, best practices, and performance expectations
  • Coach recruiters on sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, and client communication
  • Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and results

Client & Revenue Alignment

  • Partner with leadership to support revenue delivery and margin goals
  • Align recruiting strategy with client needs, contract requirements, and hiring forecasts
  • Provide insight into pipeline health, market conditions, and delivery risks
  • Support retention and expansion of client relationships through execution excellence

Process, Tools & Infrastructure

  • Own effective use of recruiting systems (ATS, sourcing tools, reporting)
  • Define and improve recruiting processes as the business grows
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics tied to delivery and business performance
  • Help establish scalable operational foundations for future growth

Strategic Contribution

  • Contribute to hiring strategy, workforce planning, and delivery model decisions
  • Provide leadership feedback on organizational structure, capacity, and scaling plans
  • Play a key role in shaping Mc3 Partners’ recruiting brand and reputation

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, including leadership or team‑lead responsibility
  • Proven experience delivering recruiting services in an agency, RPO, or consulting model
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, delivery economics, and margin awareness
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience hiring and leading recruiters preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • High level of accountability, ownership mentality, and professional judgment
